Position Overview:
The School Operations Coordinator ensures efficient day-to-day operations across campus units. This role supports administration, facilities, student services, event logistics, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks and coordinate office functions in alignment with college goals. Serve as a liaison between academic departments, student services, and administrative offices. Oversee scheduling and logistics for campus events, workshops, and meetings. Support facilities management, including building maintenance requests and security protocols. Monitor inventory and order office and instructional supplies. Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure compliance with college policies and procedures. Maintain accurate student records in coordination with the registrar's office. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from staff, students, and visitors. Participate in emergency preparedness and campus safety initiatives.
