Job Description

If you've ever been in a role where job assignments get missed, installers are confused, or critical details slip through the cracks, you know the frustration. At Wisenbaker, our Expeditors are empowered to own the flow of operations, ensure every job is properly staffed and documented, and keep our crews and customers on track. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and operational precision, this role gives you the chance to coordinate high-volume work, support dozens of contractor crews, and make a real impact on project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Mission:
As an Expeditor, you'll manage the daily scheduling and execution of cabinet and countertop installs and service calls, coordinating crews, verifying materials, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. Your work keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures installers and service teams can perform their best work. What You'll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It): Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams. Verify all work orders are complete with accurate notes and materials reserved. Coordinate and dispatch installers for all jobs, including handling coverage for absences or gaps. Respond to questions and provide guidance to crews, field teams, and service staff throughout the day. Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports for accuracy and timeliness. Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week ("Look Ahead"). Support Field, Design, and Service teams to resolve issues and ensure workflow efficiency. Maintain a positive, motivating attitude and promote a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems quickly. Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (samples, paperwork, cabinet doors). About The Company At Wisenbaker, we don't just support the homebuilding industry, we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we're more than materials, we're a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker. #Austin/Belton
