PRODUCTION PLANNER
Monday- Friday 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM $17.00

DOE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, staffing, and material availability. Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed. Communicate schedule changes with production, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams. Evaluate labor, equipment, and material availability to support production goals. Monitor inventory levels and material flow to identify shortages or bottlenecks. Work closely with purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed. Resolve production scheduling and inventory issues to minimize downtime. Track production performance and prepare reports for management. Assist with production planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate production priorities with department supervisors. Help establish production goals, priorities, and workflow schedules. Support quality, safety, and company policy compliance. Participate in ongoing professional development and required training. Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, suppliers, and coworkers. Perform other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years of production planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or supply chain experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. ERP/MRP system experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; additional education in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain is a plus.Job Type:
