Job Description
This is a part time position. Monday-Friday 8 am
- 12 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Schedule new jobs and create daily schedules for installers
Qualifications:
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications especially Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality a must
- Quickbooks a plus
Pay:
$17.00- $19.
