Job Description
Operations Coordinator Up to $1,000 WEEKLY We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations by coordinating inventory, shipping/receiving, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have previous ERP experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. This role requires accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of ERP system experience
- Demonstrated longevity and stable work history
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Immediate availability to start if selected.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as JDE (JD Edwards).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environments.
- Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and logistics processes.
