Coppell, TX 75019 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced WIP Administrator to support our Food Manufacturing Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, bilingual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Track and manage Work in Progress (WIP) inventory and product activity. Perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, reporting, and data entry. Support material tracking, finance, accounting analysis, and manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate records using ERP/Microsoft systems and Excel spreadsheets. Operate office and warehouse equipment such as scanners, printers, fax machines, copy machines, modems, voicemail systems, and computers. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (SQF, FSMA, and HACCP). Follow OSHA procedures and safety legislation. Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and management teams. Requirements Warehouse administrative experience required. Advanced Excel and Excel Sheets skills. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Scheduler. Strong knowledge of product activity control, material tracking, and manufacturing operations preferred. Assertive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must pass a drug test. Must pass a background check (no misdemeanors or felonies).
