FULL-TIME
Senior Brand Manager to lead strategy and execution for a set of established brands. This role is 100% onsite in Coppell, TX. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working cross-functionally, and driving meaningful results. The Senior Brand Manager will oversee day-to-day brand management, guide junior team members, and partner closely with Sales, Product Development, Creative, and Supply Chain. The Senior Brand Manager is a key role that involves planning, executing, and analyzing multiple campaigns simultaneously, while also planning ahead for brand strategy. The Senior Brand Manager will be the SME on the brand's consumer insights and trends and use those to identify new and key opportunities to drive growth and disrupt existing category leaders. Success in this role comes from curiosity, initiative, and the ability to communicate clearly and practically across different parts of the business.
Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop key brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations for a specific product line.
  • Lead annual brand planning, business reviews, and ongoing performance management.
  • Identify business trends, diagnose issues, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Translate consumer and category insights into practical brand strategies.
  • Develop and execute brand programs that support retail velocity and brand health.
  • Partner with Creative and agency teams to produce effective marketing assets.
  • Support Sales with presentations, materials, and programs that drive sell-in and sell-through.
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Creative to keep projects aligned and moving.
  • Communicate effectively across different teams.
  • Support product development initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to help them grow.
  • Monitor brand performance, category trends, and competitive activity.
  • Evaluate market trends and consumer behavior to identify key opportunities across consumer segments.
  • Dive into data to understand what's driving the business and where to focus next.
  • Bring practical solutions that move the brands forward.
  • Manage marketing/project budgets.
Senior Brand Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, CPG, sales, category management, or related consumer product roles
  • Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and retail dynamics
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
  • Experience managing projects and working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in a traditional office environment
  • Interest in personal care or consumer products is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
