This role involves working closely with field operations to ensure schedules are released and aligned with business needs. It also requires collaboration with doctors, field leaders, and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Own the accuracy and effectiveness of employed doctor scheduling including hours forecast, entering schedules in ALE and AEGU, and timely resolution of open schedules Oversees and creates the preparation of OD work schedules & PTO records for assigned markets Partners with newly acquired practices to build doctor templates as they transition to ALE Addresses scheduling conflicts or challenges as they arise in a timely and effective manner Provides support for special projects as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of work experience; preferably in medical scheduling Strong organizational/time management skills Strong self-starter able to manage multiple competing priorities Strong communication skills and customer-service focused Strong relationship building skills Computer and Word Processing Skills (Microsoft Office programs) required
