Flexible schedules available Job Summary We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules, and other day-to-day scheduling activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, be comfortable working with calendars and computer systems, and be able to coordinate multiple schedules while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite . Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain appointments, meetings, schedules, and calendars. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed. Communicate with customers, clients, employees, vendors, and internal teams regarding scheduling matters. Respond to scheduling requests through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Maintain accurate scheduling information in company systems and calendars. Monitor schedules for conflicts, changes, cancellations, and open time slots. Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. Coordinate schedule changes and communicate updates to the appropriate individuals. Enter and update scheduling and customer information accurately. Maintain organized records of appointments, requests, and scheduling activities. Assist with preparing daily, weekly, or monthly scheduling reports as needed. Follow established scheduling procedures and company policies. Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information. Work closely with other departments to ensure scheduling needs are handled efficiently. Provide general administrative support as assigned. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable managing multiple schedules and priorities. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems. Ability to learn scheduling software and internal systems quickly. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to remain calm and organized when schedules change or unexpected issues arise. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and dependable work habits. Previous scheduling, administrative, customer service, receptionist, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
