Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software - experience with P6 is required Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of construction activities Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts Collaborate with the project team to develop realistic and achievable project schedules Monitor progress of construction activities and update schedules as necessary to reflect actual progress and changes in scope Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and bids by providing input on project scheduling requirements Support project coordination efforts by providing scheduling information for resource allocation and logistics planning

Skills:

Proficiency in using construction management software such as Primavera P6 Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools, such as HeavyBid Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
