Soul Foods India is a family-owned Indian food and grocery business in Frisco, Texas. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and flexible Kitchen Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to learn, take on different responsibilities, and help wherever needed in the kitchen and store. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, frying, heating, and customer orders. Perform prep work such as cutting, washing, peeling, and organizing ingredients. Work on the line during busy periods. Assist with food packaging and catering orders. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas. Assist with inventory, food storage, labeling, and food safety procedures. Help with store activities and other duties as needed. What We Are Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Flexible and comfortable performing different kitchen and store tasks. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. Reliable Saturday and Sunday availability is required. Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.

Schedule & Pay Full-time:

approximately 48-50 hours per week Overtime opportunity: Hours over 40 in the Company's Monday-Sunday workweek are paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate , in accordance with applicable labor laws. One regular weekly day off, generally Thursday or Friday . One-hour unpaid meal break each workday , with timing determined by the Store Manager. Work schedules and shift times may vary based on business needs, workload, and special events.
