Job Description
Duties Include:
- Scheduling & dispatching technicians efficiently within the same geographical areas based on skills and location.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs & ability to learn new scheduling software programs.
- Effective communication between the customers and technicians. To include discussing our services, guarantees and pricing.
- Excellent communication skills with a teamwork mindset
- Handling customers' accounts regarding invoices, payments, complaints, or account changes needing to be made
- Experience working in a fast paced environment that involves multi-tasking & handling a high volume of customers and calls
- Responding to online submissions and customer messages regarding service inquiries and requests
- Assistance in other areas as requested by management
