About the Role As a Rental Operations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the right equipment solutions to drive their projects forward. You will leverage modern digital tools to manage inventory, cultivate long-term partnerships with contractors, and deliver a seamless rental experience that maximizes operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage inbound rental inquiries and guide clients through the procurement process to ensure timely equipment delivery. Proactively expand the client base by building strong relationships with construction professionals and demonstrating the value of our rental solutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities to improve their operational workflows. Resolve customer inquiries and service requests promptly to ensure project continuity. Utilize internal software platforms to track equipment availability and streamline the rental lifecycle. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or equipment procurement. Strong proficiency in managing accounts receivable and basic financial tracking. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills Experience working within the construction or heavy equipment rental industry. Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship management. Technical aptitude for learning and utilizing proprietary fleet management software.
