Front Office Dental Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a Dental Front Office Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office while delivering outstanding service to our patients. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care, we'd love to meet you! Work Week is Monday - Thursday 7:30-5:00 •

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations Manage patient check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and care Schedule appointments and follow-ups accurately and efficiently Coordinate financial collections for appointments Provide excellent customer service and support to patients Assist with bilingual communication (Spanish) as needed Maintain and update electronic patient records and systems

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong background in patient service and administrative tasks Proficiency with computerized scheduling/records systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred, not required) Highly organized with attention to detail
