The goal of this position is to train the right person to eventually manage the operation independently as the company expands and moves into franchising. You will begin by shadowing and assisting the Operations Manager and will advance based on your performance, reliability, initiative, and ability to take responsibilities off management's plate. Responsibilities will grow over time and may include: Shadowing and directly assisting the Operations Manager Managing employee schedules and coordinating staffing Maintaining calendars, appointments, deadlines, and reminders Managing inventory and placing truck/vendor orders Using Microsoft Excel and Word for company records and administrative work Assisting with emails, paperwork, and general administrative responsibilities Running occasional business-related errands and handling logistical needs Learning company procedures, vendors, equipment, staffing, and daily operations Identifying problems and helping resolve them without requiring constant supervision Gradually assuming management responsibilities as competency is demonstrated Eventually being trained to independently oversee day-to-day operations

Compensation is designed to grow with responsibility. You will begin in a training/assistant capacity, with performance-based raises as you demonstrate the ability to reliably take over additional responsibilities . Additional bonuses may also be available based on performance and company results.
