As a Scheduling and Service Coordinator with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in coordinating client and caregiver schedules, focusing on compliance and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with a strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a passion for enhancing the lives of our senior clients. Key Responsibilities Answer calls professionally and knowledgeably Match clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location Schedule and oversee quality matches between clients and caregivers, ensuring satisfaction and safety. Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records Identify opportunities to enhance service hours and add value to the client experience. Conduct on-site visits, introductions, and training to support Care Professional performance and job satisfaction. Perform caregiving in emergencies if on-call or as needed to ensure continuity of care for clients. Work closely with recruitment and retention teams to support hiring and retention goals. Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients, and family members. Uphold company policies, procedures, and business ethics. Qualifications Strong organizational and typing skills Experience in a service-focused role, with a dedication to "doing what's right" for clients Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology Ability to travel anywhere within our service are of Blanco, Burnet, Lampasas, Llano, San Saba, and Mills counties as needed to meet clients and provide support Flexible availability for after-hours or weekend duties Adaptable and able to act with urgency Completes criminal background, MVR, drug screen, and reference checks Preferred Technical Proficiency Familiarity with systems like Outlook, WellSky (ClearCare), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite If you are ready to join a caring, impactful organization with a passion for improving the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply!
