This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities Process accurate, on-time payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Review timecards, punches, meal breaks, overtime, and payroll adjustments. Monitor attendance, call-outs, PTO, and payroll compliance. Prepare payroll, labor, and attendance reports. Analyze labor costs and partner with leadership to improve labor efficiency while maximizing booking opportunities. Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. Assist with employee coaching conversations related to attendance, payroll, scheduling, and company policies. Partner with managers to resolve payroll and scheduling discrepancies. Learn and utilize payroll, scheduling, and operational software efficiently. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. Provide timely support to leadership and remain available to respond to business needs. Qualifications 2+ years of payroll, workforce administration, HR, or multi-location operations experience preferred. Experience with payroll or workforce systems such as Paylocity, ADP or similar. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information. We're Looking For Someone Who...
