  • Fulltime, Days Appointment Scheduling Specialist Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Appointment Scheduler Work location: 1110 Raintree Circle
  • Suite 100 Allen, TX 75013 and 2211 Central Expressway
  • Suite 6008 Melissa, TX 75454 Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday
  • Thursday (730am
  • 5pm), Fridays (730am
  • 2pm)

Here's What You Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
  • Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED)
  • Six Months of work experience as a Medical Receptionist (STRONGLY
PREFERRED
)
  • What You Will Do
  • Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments
  • Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
  • Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests
