Operations Coordinator

Copper Tip Energy Services Inc is looking for self-motivated, well-rounded individuals with a positive attitude to fulfill the role of Operations Coordinator at our Midland TX. location. Position will be fulltime with scheduled days off. Extensive Nitrogen experience is a requirement Responsibilities Communicating the goals of management to the field teams and other employees Ensuring that all company policies and government guidelines are respected throughout the area Providing staff with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their jobs to the best of their abilities Providing management with timely reports that outline group productivity and workplace improvements Organizing day to day logistical direction Act as the point of contact for employees Provide scheduling of equipment for day to day tasks Client relationships and sales Field visits and inspections on CTES workers Field visits to clients Skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing Good computer skills and able to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required) as well as e-mail Ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously, as required Ability to work under stringent time constraints Ability to set and adjust priorities to meet simultaneous needs Strong problem-solving skills and high analytical skills Detail oriented

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
