As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is simple: connect with homeowners, start conversations, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. You are the first step in the process and a key part of driving the company forward. This is not a high-pressure sales position. You are not responsible for closing deals or handling complex paperwork. Your focus is creating opportunities and keeping momentum. We provide hands-on training to make sure you know exactly what to say, how to approach conversations, and how to stay consistent. No prior experience is required, just the right attitude and willingness to learn. This position offers flexibility based on performance and can be done in the field or in a structured environment depending on your strengths and growth within the company. Compensation will be discussed during the interview and is structured to reward performance and consistency.
