This is a fast-paced position focused on booking new leads, managing the appointment schedule, rescheduling leads, and dispatching the right Project Manager to each appointment. We are looking for someone who already understands the construction/home improvement industry and has experience handling and booking incoming leads. Key Responsibilities Contact and book new incoming leads quickly and professionally Schedule and reschedule customer appointments Manage and organize the daily appointment calendar Dispatch appointments to the appropriate Project Manager Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, changes, and follow-ups Monitor new leads coming from multiple advertising platforms Follow up with leads that have not yet booked Keep lead information, notes, and appointment status accurate and updated Coordinate closely with Project Managers and the office team Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally Requirements Construction or home improvement industry experience

  Previous experience booking and scheduling leads

• REQUIRED

  Experience working with lead platforms such as Angi / Angi Leads (HomeAdvisor), Thumbtack, and Google Local Services / Google Guaranteed

• REQUIRED

  Strong phone and customer-service skills Ability to handle a high volume of leads and appointments Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize leads and make scheduling decisions efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction office environment Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Spanish speaking
