We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Scheduler to own scheduling for our equipment division — bleachers, scoreboards, backstops, wall pads, and volleyball systems — and to serve as a backup scheduler on the flooring side alongside our current Scheduler. What You'll Do Build and maintain the master schedule for equipment installation projects, coordinating in-house crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Independently resolve scheduling conflicts and commit timelines directly to customers and subcontractors. Forecast capacity needs and potential delays as far in advance as possible, and determine mitigation strategies. Serve as a backup scheduler for Ponder's flooring division, working closely with our current Scheduler to ensure seamless coverage. Communicate schedule updates and commitments clearly to crews, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams. What We're Looking For 3+ years of scheduling or project coordination experience, preferably in construction. Demonstrated experience making independent scheduling decisions and committing to timelines with confidence. Proficiency with scheduling or project management software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
