Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is hiring a dependable and highly organized Branch Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its Richland Hills location. This position combines vendor and invoice support, inventory management, receiving, shipping coordination, and general branch administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently, and stepping into the warehouse or inventory yard when needed to keep operations moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership of their work and wants a varied role that blends office responsibilities with hands-on operational support. What You'll Do Process and track vendor invoices, payments, and related documentation Respond to vendor inquiries and provide payment confirmations when needed Assist with vendor setup, payment terms, and account maintenance Monitor transactions and resolve errors or discrepancies within company systems Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for the branch Research and file shipping, receiving, and inventory variances Coordinate logistics preparation for incoming and outgoing deliveries Support vehicle and product receiving, staging, and shipment preparation Assist with general shipping and receiving responsibilities Identify operational issues and work independently to resolve them Help address inventory or vehicle-related concerns in the branch yard Assist technicians and other branch employees when preparing shipments or receiving products Maintain organized records and complete general office responsibilities Support special projects and additional branch needs as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Three or more years of experience in branch operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, accounts payable, or a related position Experience processing invoices and working with vendor payments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to investigate and resolve inventory, shipping, or payment discrepancies Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of daily responsibilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with SAP and Ariba is strongly preferred Willingness to work both in an office setting and occasionally in the inventory yard or warehouse Clear, professional communication skills when working with vendors and internal team members Why Join Us?
