Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Saber serves clients locally, nationally, and abroad. Saber Power Services seeks an Expeditor who will be responsible for the transportation and timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites. This role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting various departments by expediting equipment and material requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivery and Run Coordination :

The responsibilities include completing both scheduled and unscheduled runs, for various tasks such as equipment rentals and out-of-state deliveries, ensuring that all deliveries and runs are completed efficiently and on time.

Facility Maintenance :

The role involves conducting regular maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Warehouse Appearance Maintenance :

The role involves maintaining the clean and organized appearance of the warehouse, including regular trash removal, ensuring that the warehouse is always in a safe and presentable condition. Support for

Team Members :

The responsibilities include providing support to Patrick, Jonathan, and Michael with various miscellaneous tasks as needed, ensuring that all necessary support and assistance is provided to ensure smooth operations.

Facility Construction Assistance :

The role involves assisting in the construction of facility appliances and furniture including refurnishing offices and electronics, providing support and assistance to ensure that all necessary construction and refurbishment tasks are completed efficiently and on time

Company Logo and GPS Unit Installation :

The role involves applying company logos and installing GPS units on trucks and trailers, ensuring that all vehicles are properly labeled and equipped for efficient delivery. Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record. Ability to operate forklifts and other loading/unloading equipment (training provided if needed). Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
