Pay Range:
$36,000 - $45,000 per year Please note: This is 1099 independent contractor, not a W-2 employee position. About the Role We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Scheduler to manage our daily field operations pipeline. In this role, you will be the hub of communication between our customers, field crews, and operational teams—ensuring solar and electrical installations stay on track and run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate Project Schedules:
Manage daily/weekly routing and schedules for field crews handling installations and service calls.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners to confirm appointments, set timelines, and share project updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to ensure all materials, 811 clearances, AHJ permit approvals, and utility clearances are ready before scheduling.
Pipeline Management:
Track project progress using our internal CRM and project management software (experience with Coperniq or similar platforms is a plus) to ensure projects do not stall.
Conflict Resolution:
Proactively spot scheduling conflicts, weather delays, or permit hold-ups and adjust timelines or crew resources quickly.
Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years in scheduling, dispatching, or project coordination (experience in solar, electrical, or construction is highly preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and professional when speaking with homeowners.
Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
