We are hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to identify qualified homeowners who may benefit from our window solutions and schedule appointments for our sales team. Compensation 100% commission — paid weekly. No hourly or base pay. You are not selling windows at the door. Your job is to identify qualified homes, speak with homeowners, and schedule appointments with homeowners who are a good fit for what we offer.

Commission:

10% of the overall sale, paid weekly on Fridays. What You'll Do Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Evaluate homes to determine if they meet our qualifications Talk with homeowners about their window needs Set qualified appointments for our sales team Represent our company professionally Work independently while being part of a supportive team Our focus is quality, not just quantity. We want appointments with homeowners who can genuinely benefit from our products. Schedule We primarily work Monday-Friday afternoons and evenings. Saturdays are mandatory. You will have one weekday flex day off each week, which you can choose with at least 24 hours' notice. Sunday is always off. Travel Required Once a month, our team travels on a blitz trip to scout new areas and identify opportunities for company growth. Traveling is a required part of this position. No Experience Required You don't need previous sales or door-to-door experience. We'll train you to win. You'll learn our process, how to approach homeowners, identify qualified opportunities, and set effective appointments.
