Job Description Warehouse General Associate The former Vox Fulfillment, now purchased by AMS Fulfillment . We are seeking Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced shipping department. We are looking for assertive, knowledgeable, and team-oriented individuals who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of goods and services to our customers.

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour for the first 90 days, with a bonus at the end of the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly and accurately pick and pack orders based on daily requirements using paper orders and digital picking processes.
• Ensure products are kept separated, organized, and in good condition before packing and shipping to maintain quality.
• Maintain output and quality expectations set by Fulfillment Supervisors.
• Utilize software to record picked and packed orders.
• Perform lifting, wrapping, labeling, and loading of products for shipping.
• Report any product quality issues to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety protocols to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
• Ship orders promptly after picking and packing.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements :

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, and busy environment.
• Capable of lifting 20-30 lbs. and standing for the entire shift.
• Familiarity with picking and packing procedures preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a seasonal position, with an opportunity to move to a full-time position. Work schedules may vary based on order volume and business needs. The standard start time is 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

• Mondays are typically longer shifts, with employees often working until approximately 4:00-5:00 p.m. (10-11-hour shifts, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch).
• Tuesday through Friday shifts also begin at 6:00 a.

m., with employees generally working 6-7 hours per day. Flexibility is required, as schedules may adjust depending on operational demands. Would need to be open/available for a wide range of hours.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
