Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities. Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volume Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation Minimum Requirements
SkyWest Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with an interest in the airline industry who have the following traits Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Desktop PC/Computer experience required Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Bring a passion and ability to find solutions Outstanding listening and critical thinking skills People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts) A desire to learn and a commitment to professional development Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance Provide a 18 month commitment to the position Call center or related experience a plus
