Training Operations Assistant Draper, UT 84020 From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $20 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Do you have a sixth sense for spotting a misprinted page at twenty paces? Basically, we need our Q — every secret agent or superhero needs the person who makes sure their gadgets actually work when they hit the field. Pay Range:
$18-$22/
HR Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, Monday through Friday Position Responsibilities You will be the operational backbone that keeps our training programs running smoothly. Working alongside our trainers and subject matter experts, you'll make sure every class has exactly what it needs — and nothing it doesn't.
Duties will include:
printing and assembling course materials, prepping classrooms (digital and physical), keeping our CRM impeccably organized with student records and enrollments, and serving as the behind-the-scenes hero who makes our trainers look like rockstars. You will also perform various other office tasks such as data entry, file management, communicating with students and instructors, and generally being the person everyone is secretly grateful for. Accuracy and attention to detail aren't optional here — when our courses cover Quality and Regulatory standards, our materials had better practice what we preach. Lastly, you will have fun.   • 1-2 years of office or operations experience
  • High school diploma required
  • 2-year degree, or currently attending a 4-year college, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with a CRM system (e.
g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) preferred but not required
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
