Right now, tracking production dates, chasing freight, receiving stock, and keeping the warehouse orderly is spread across too few people. We're hiring one person to own it. We're hiring for organization and follow-through, not for years of experience. If you're the person everyone relies on to keep things on track, we'll teach you the rest. Our founder started the company from her basement and grew it into a warehouse operation. All of our design and fulfillment happens under one roof at our Salt Lake City warehouse, which means you'll see products go from concept to a family's doorstep. We're a Certified B Corporation, and part of our purpose is supporting families coping with child loss. We're a small, close team where everyone pitches in. What you'll do Own inventory accuracy. Receive incoming shipments, count and reconcile stock, track SKUs, and flag low or excess inventory before it becomes a problem. Manage our overseas vendors in India and Southeast Asia. Check in on production schedules, hold them to their committed dates, and raise a flag early when something starts to slip. Coordinate logistics with our freight forwarders. Track shipments from factory to door, chase documents and delivery dates, and keep us ahead of delays. Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately and on time. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. You'll build the system, not just follow it. Keep Product listings updated Pitch in where the team needs you. We're small, we cross-train, and no one here says "that's not my job." What we're looking for

Required:

Exceptionally organized. You keep lists, you actually work from them, and things don't fall through. Task- and deadline-driven — you notice a date is slipping before anyone else does. Clear, professional written communication. A lot of vendor work happens over email, across time zones. Comfortable with spreadsheets and willing to learn new software. We'll train you on our systems. Able to work a consistent weekday schedule on-site in Salt Lake City. Preferred, but not required: Experience in a warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or purchasing role. Experience working with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, or import paperwork. Familiarity with Shopify or a similar inventory and order system. Interest in sustainability, ethical sourcing, or B Corp values. Compensation and schedule $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience 30 hours per week — 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Some flexibility on start and end times. If school pickup, an appointment, or a standing commitment means you need to shift a day around, we can work with that. On-site at our Salt Lake City, Utah warehouse Physical requirements The essential functions of this role include lifting and moving inventory of up to 50 pounds and being on your feet and moving throughout the warehouse for most of a shift.
