  • Key Responsibilities and Duties Develop and maintain the master production schedule Plan machine uptime/downtime including maintenance and cleaning Sequence work orders to maximize efficiency and reduce changeovers Translate production plans into daily and weekly schedules Monitor production progress in real time and adjust schedules accordingly Meet regularly with production managers to review output and run rates Ensure timely preparation and distribution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) Track schedule adherence and drive >95% on-time delivery performance Report performance metrics and escalate risks to leadership Align production schedules with material availability Maintain and publish supply chain shortage forecasts (2-3 months ahead) Support new product launch timelines and cross-functional coordination Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective scheduling actions Partner with plant leadership to set and adjust production goals Qualifications (Needed) Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or operations Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or solid dose manufacturing required Strong background in manufacturing scheduling and shop-floor coordination Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) ERP experience required (Oracle preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally Experience working directly with production teams and leadership Proven ability to track performance metrics and meet deadlines A bit about us:•Founded over two decades ago and based in Salt Lake City, UT, with additional capabilities supporting a growing national footprint, we are a fast-scaling manufacturing organization focused on delivering high-quality products in a highly regulated environment.
