Full-Time About the Position Chester Body Shop, INC is looking for an experienced, motivated Collision Repair Planner / Blueprinter to join our team. The ideal candidate understands the collision repair process from teardown through delivery and can produce accurate, thorough repair plans that keep technicians productive and repairs moving efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and knows how to identify what needs to be done before the vehicle reaches the technician. Responsibilities Create accurate and complete collision repair plans and blueprints Use CCC Estimating System to prepare and manage estimates Perform thorough vehicle damage analysis and identify necessary repairs Research OEM repair procedures and ensure repairs are properly documented Identify hidden damage during the blueprinting process Work with insurance companies/adjusters to complete supplements for additional repair requirements. Communicate repair plans clearly with technicians, management, insurance companies, and customers when necessary Help ensure parts, labor, procedures, and operations are properly accounted for Review supplements and assist with identifying additional damage Maintain accurate and organized repair documentation Work proactively to identify potential problems before they create delays Help keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process Requirements Minimum 5 years of collision repair/estimating experience Strong experience with CCC Estimating System Solid understanding of collision repair procedures and operations Strong knowledge of repair planning, labor operations, and parts Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Proactive and resourceful problem solver Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced collision repair environment Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$75,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
