As a patient care liaison / staff scheduler you will help to ensure our residents receive the best quality of care and offer support to our Admissions Director and nursing management. Patient Care Liaison / Scheduler Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Act as an internal liaison & customer service resource for family members, residents, and visitors Respond to calls in a timely manner Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Computer knowledge & data entry skills Experience in healthcare staffing Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Patient Care Liaison /
