This position plays a critical role in optimizing OR utilization, maintaining scheduling accuracy, and supporting patient safety. ## Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures based on surgeon availability, operating room capacity, and patient needs
• Verify all surgical details, including patient demographics, procedure information, CPT codes, equipment, supplies, and pre-operative requirements
• Collaborate with surgeons, physician offices, OR staff, and clinical teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth case coordination
• Communicate procedure details, schedule updates, and pre-op instructions clearly and professionally to patients
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of scheduling information into the appropriate systems
• Support efficient operating room workflow while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and patient care standards
• Assist with registration-related processes and documentation as needed
