Fitness Center Operations & Membership Specialist

This is more than just a front desk job — we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This position is primarily daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and deliver excellent customer service Sell memberships and promote our services with confidence and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility Multi-task effectively — from answering phones to managing check-ins and maintaining daily routines Stay proactive and productive without constant supervision Support a positive gym culture for all members

Ideal Candidate:

Strong customer service and communication skills Sales-minded with a friendly, approachable personality Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Basic knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is a plus Looking for a stable, long-term position (many of our team members have been with us 5+ years!)
