Role:
As a Nursing Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling staff to meet the needs of our facility.
Your duties will include:
Scheduling staff to ensure optimal staffing levels and coverage Monitoring overtime, open shifts, and working with the nursing management team to review the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule Reviewing paid time off requests with the nursing management team Working closely with the HR department to review position vacancies and maintaining knowledge of Excel spreadsheets Ensuring the company's labor requirement and PPD are met, and completing staffing reports Collaborating with the nursing management team to monitor and adjust the schedule as needed
