Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treatment Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will manage patient appointment scheduling, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical staff. Duties Schedule patient appointments efficiently while balancing provider availability and patient needs Confirm upcoming appointments and provide timely reminders to patients Coordinate treatment plans with medical providers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete Maintain organized records of patient schedules, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-up appointments Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointment details, preparation instructions, and any changes Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, insurance verification, and updating patient information Collaborate with medical staff to prioritize urgent cases and manage daily clinic flow effectively Experience Prior experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret treatment plans and documentation Proven ability to support medical administrative functions in a busy healthcare environment Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Dental office experience is a plus but not required; familiarity with dental or medical scheduling systems is advantageous This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational skills and healthcare knowledge will directly contribute to delivering outstanding patient care.
