Overview Fast Custom Boxes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Operations Coordinator to support daily production, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer operations. This role is responsible for coordinating custom packaging orders, monitoring production workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, designers, production teams, suppliers, and shipping partners. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, proactive, and experienced in managing operations within a fast-paced packaging or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Coordinate daily packaging operations, including order processing, production scheduling, and fulfillment activities Manage customer orders from initial request through production completion and shipment delivery Communicate with customers regarding order details, timelines, artwork approvals, and delivery updates Coordinate with design, printing, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate production execution Maintain inventory records for packaging materials, finished products, and production supplies Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, production documents, and shipping records Monitor production schedules and assist with meeting customer deadlines Track shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries Resolve order discrepancies, production issues, and customer service requests Support process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, printing, logistics, order management, or customer operations preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to collaborate with production teams, vendors, and customers Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges Preferred Qualifications Experience with packaging production, custom printing, or e-commerce fulfillment operations Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and order processing platforms Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and manufacturing workflows is a plus Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred Familiarity with production planning, supply chain processes, and vendor coordination Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $24 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Professional training and career development opportunities Employee discounts on company products Opportunities for advancement within a growing packaging organization Why Join Fast Custom Boxes?
