This role is critical to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of services while maintaining strong client relationships. The Scheduler will serve as a key point of contact between clients, operations, and leadership, helping drive customer satisfaction and operational success in the Washington, DC market. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing client communications while coordinating schedules to support business growth. Essential Functions Communicate with existing clients regarding upcoming services to propose and confirm scheduling dates Address and manage client pushback related to scheduling by clearly explaining the importance of maintaining service timelines Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements Coordinate proposed and confirmed schedules with the operations team to ensure resource availability Manage and facilitate communication between clients and upper management Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under time constraints Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support and resolve client issues effectively Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn internal systems quickly Comfortable learning and using various computer hardware and software platforms Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or project management Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Travel and Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
