Job Description
Subsidiary OmniSource Overview Support branch operations. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at all times. Backup Scale Operators at area locations. JDE support including requisitions, receiving, transportation, create work orders as needed, closing work orders, working with vendors, office supply ordering and maintenance and troubleshooting purchase order issues. Backup dispatcher duties. Miscellaneous tasks including DMV accounts, mail and FedEx, phones, forecast support, ticket exceptions, etc. All other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills and ability to use word processing software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior customer service experience. Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong organizational skills. Desire to learn and apply new skills. Ability to multi-task, and make quick decisions in a fast paced, team oriented work environment. Preferred Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap is helpful, or desire to learn.
