The Premier Companies is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy Operations Specialist to join our corporate operations team. This position will work directly with our COO and Corporate Operations Manager on the day-to-day projects, priorities, and initiatives that keep our company moving forward. You'll be the person helping turn ideas into action — whether that means coordinating a project, analyzing company performance, creating a report or presentation, improving a process, researching a new tool, or simply making sure something gets across the finish line. We're also looking for someone who is comfortable using technology — especially tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot — and is willing to continually look for better and more efficient ways to get work done. You don't need to be an AI expert, programmer, or developer. We want someone who can look at the work in front of them, find the right tools to help, and figure out how to use those tools effectively.
