Job Description

Pod Scheduler Join a great workplace in the Northeast Kingdom! We are seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Pod Scheduler to provide administrative support to healthcare providers and clinical teams. This position plays an important role in keeping clinical operations running smoothly and helping ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, comfortable communicating with patients and outside offices, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments Supporting providers and clinical teams with day-to-day administrative needs Obtaining and requesting medical records and other outside documentation Making appointment confirmation calls and communicating with patients Faxing and mailing medical records, referrals, and other correspondence Coordinating information between providers, patients, and outside healthcare organizations Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinical team What we're looking for: A positive, organized, and reliable individual who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in providing excellent service to patients and clinical staff.
