Job Description

Chimney Savers continues to grow, and we have an opening in our office in Randolph VT. Our ideal candidate wants to help our customers, has a good sense of humor and positive energy, and can keep calm in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, onsite position with expected 40 hrs/week and pay from $18.00/hr. In addition to competitive wages, Chimney Savers offers:

Summary:
In this position you can expect to work in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact, our Client Services and Scheduling Coordinators answer calls, email, and texts promptly in a warm, professional, and friendly manner. You will answer our busy phones and use active listening to gather information from our customers and triage their needs; call customers to update them regarding any scheduling changes and help them understand their heating and chimney systems. You will use our comprehensive service management software to input customer information, schedule appointments, send reminders, and process payments. Computer proficiency is a must! As you grow in your position you will learn more than you could imagine about the surprisingly broad world of chimneys!
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Office and web-based communication (training will be provided on our specific software).
  • Be calm under pressure and able to multitask and prioritize your work.
