Job Description
At Vermont Diagnostic Imaging (VDI), we're nine months in and gaining momentum. We are growing and we're continuously refining how we deliver a better, more personal healthcare experience. We are currently looking for a Medical Office Specialist who takes pride in their work, is attentive to details, and enjoys being a reliable, friendly presence that both patients and teammates can count on. This is more than a front desk role. You'll be a central part of the daily flow of the practice to help ensure each patient interaction is smooth, welcoming, and handled with care. You'll also play a key role behind the scenes, helping us stay organized, efficient, and improving our level of service. At VDI, we value consistency, accountability, and a positive, team-first attitude. We've created a close-knit environment where people show up for each other, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a shared goal of delivering excellent patient care. We also believe in true work-life harmony—predictable daytime hours with no nights, weekends, call, or holidays—so you can bring your best self to work and still have time for life outside of it.
