We are a boutique print studio specializing in custom wedding invitations, event stationery, and premium print materials for individuals and small businesses. Our work ranges from design and client collaboration to hands-on production and finishing. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Experience & Order Coordinator with strong, thoughtful communication skills and a patient, steady approach to customer interactions. This role supports day-to-day operations and is ideal for someone who can guide customers clearly and confidently - over email, phone, and in person - while keeping projects accurate and moving forward. This is a part-time seasonal role running from May through August, with potential to grow over time. What You'll Do Create clear, accurate estimates and invoices for customer orders Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner Assist walk-in clients with questions, order details, and general guidance Communicate timelines, pricing, and order details with clarity and confidence Coordinate order details to ensure accuracy before production Pack and ship finished orders with attention to presentation and care Track and manage order status to ensure deadlines are met Support general studio organization and daily operational tasks What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Patient, steady, and professional in customer interactions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and digitally Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Reliable, consistent, and accountable Calm, practical, and solutions-oriented Experience with invoicing, order management, or customer service is preferred The Right Mindset You value getting things done correctly and efficiently You take ownership of your work and follow through You are proactive and don't wait to be told what needs attention You understand that small businesses require flexibility and teamwork You take pride in clean execution—from first email to final shipment To Apply Please submit a resume and a brief note outlining your relevant experience.
Pay:
