• The Home Care Scheduler organizes and maintains accurate daily and weekly schedules for home care aides and clients.

This role acts as the main link between clients, families, and field staff to make sure care is delivered safely and on time. This person ideally would also be an HCA or a CNA with experience providing personal care, companionship and homemaker services to clients.

Minimum Requirement:

• Certified

HCA, CNA

preferred

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Previous experience is a plus
