The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $26.11 - $39.17. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Job Summary Serves as a resource for supporting the day-to-day operations of ambulatory clinics on behalf of clinic management. Coordinates logistical and administrative support to department caregivers, to include reporting and data preparation, scheduling and timekeeping, and expense management. Responsible for organizing, providing audiovisual support, and taking minutes during meetings, events, and trainings. Provides communication through various methods with caregivers within the organization. Supports and facilitates internal and external operations as needed by the department. Essential Functions Coordinates logistics for the department, which includes scheduling, planning, obtaining supplies, managing inventory and setting-up for all events, meetings, and daily activities. Supports technology use during events, meetings, etc. Tracks action items for meetings and workshops to ensure they are completed and met. Serves as a resource for network department logistics needs. Serves as a delegate for the clinic manager for day-to-day administrative tasks, including department scheduling, timekeeping, and time off tracking. Acquires and prepares data for clinic manager review, including but not limited to clinic activity and productivity, patient experience, and caregiver engagement. Assists with maintaining the document library pertaining to the department being supported to ensure they are current, accessible and updated to support efficient operations. Assists with management and ensures timely completion of department compliance requirements, including Safe2Share management, code drills and RQI. Maintains physician, clinician, and caregiver credentials, including
BLS, N95
fit testing, licenses, and ASC credentialing requirements. Assists with department financial management, coordinates budget reports, coordinates travel and expense reimbursement, tracks and distributes CME balances and documentation. Identifies internal and external issues that impact the department and escalates through the appropriate chain of command. Assists with maintaining the document library pertaining to the department being supported to ensure they are current, accessible and updated to support efficient operations. Identifies opportunities and supports process improvement. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications Education High School Diploma Required and Associate Degree Preferred:

(Required) Ability to work with all levels of management and caregivers. (Required) Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment. (Required) Strong organizational and analytical skills. (Required) Working Conditions Lifting Consistently operates computer and other office equipment. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work. Environmental Conditions Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting. Mental/Visual Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
