Studio Manager Auda Sinda | Bellingham, WA About Auda Sinda Auda Sinda is a high-end, custom rug company creating one-of-a-kind rugs for the interior design market. Our tight-knit, dedicated team is committed to precise craftsmanship and exceeding client expectations. We weave our rugs in Bellingham, WA, and ship them to clients around the world. Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Studio Manager to lead our operations with enthusiasm and precision. This role requires strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, balanced across two core areas: managing the production process to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, and serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout that process. Responsibilities Production Scheduling & Operations Oversee the full order lifecycle — intake, manufacturing, and shipping Set up new orders in internal systems and keep records accurate and current Build and refine operational systems: tracking down missing information, identifying unfinished tasks, and closing gaps before they become problems Manage supply chain logistics, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and components Motivate technical teams and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive, productive environment Set team goals and track performance metrics Process Improvement & Quality Control Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and apply manufacturing best practices to drive continuous improvement Oversee quality control to ensure every product meets client expectations and company standards Define and track KPIs for production and quality Budget & Financial Oversight Review project costs and identify opportunities for savings Track costs against budget and flag areas for improvement Client Relations Respond to client requests for information, pricing, and samples Provide regular updates throughout the production process Track project progress against deadlines and communicate proactively on status Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment in balancing what's best for the client with what's best for the team Comfort working across both hands-on operational detail and higher-level process/financial oversight Join us in crafting exceptional, one-of-a-kind rugs while leading innovative manufacturing practices. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
