Snapology Gig Harbor runs 10-15+ birthday parties a month, after-school programs at local elementary schools, school-break camps, and community events across Gig Harbor, South Kitsap, and Pierce County. We need someone to keep the schedule, the kits, and the communication all in sync. Part-time (estimated under 10 hours a week) ; $20/hourWHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate the calendar- parties, after-school programs, camps, and events across multiple location Talk with families
- learn their vision for each party and turn it into a personalized experience Manage materials
- organize and restock LEGO kits, robot kits, and program kits Prep spaces
- get classroom clean, stocked, and ready before weekend birthdays Support the team
- partner with instructors, schools (including South Kitsap School District and Communities in Schools), and the Owners on day-to-day logistics Post to social media
- keep Snapology's social accounts updated with regular posts
