Help create an exceptional client experience. At S. R. We're looking for an Administrative & Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to busy days, helping others succeed, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. In this role, you'll become the operational heartbeat of our office, keeping advisors organized, supporting our team, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the high standards we've built our reputation on. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, but your work will include things like: Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional first impression Answering phones and coordinating appointments Managing advisor calendars and meeting logistics Preparing conference rooms for client meetings Keeping client information organized and up to date in our CRM Helping maintain an organized, welcoming office environment Coordinating with vendors and assisting with office operations Supporting special projects that improve how our firm serves clients As you grow into the role, you'll have opportunities to take on additional operational responsibilities and help shape how our office runs. We can teach our systems, but we're looking for someone with the judgment, attitude, and curiosity to learn. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
